This disclaimer applies to all products and services offered by Deeds Solar Solutions, located on Center Road, Spanish Lookout, Belize.

1. Installation & Liability

Deeds Solar Solutions assumes no liability for systems that are installed by the customer (DIY) or by any party other than certified Deeds Solar installers. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that only qualified Deeds Solar personnel handle installations.

We are not liable for damage caused by natural disasters (e.g., hurricanes, floods, lightning), external electrical faults, or other force majeure events.

Deeds Solar is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, losses, or costs arising from the use or failure of any solar energy system.

2. Warranty Coverage

All warranties are void if the system is not fully paid. We do not warrant equipment not purchased from and installed by Deeds Solar.Deeds Solar Solutions provides limited warranties on solar energy systems that are:

• Purchased directly from us,
• Installed by Deeds Solar personnel,
• And paid in full.

Warranty coverage includes:

• 1-year on system components,
• 3-year on batteries,
• 3-year on installation workmanship (wiring, connections, mounts).

Warranty coverage is subject to the terms outlined in our official Warranty Terms & Conditions, which are provided to each customer upon purchase and installation.

3. System Performance

Performance estimates are based on average conditions. Actual system output may vary due to location, weather, shading, and environmental factors. Deeds Solar does not guarantee specific performance or energy savings.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Proper use and maintenance of the solar system,
• Following all operating instructions and care guidelines,
• Ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.

Any damage caused by negligence, misuse, or unauthorized modifications voids the warranty.

5. Returns & Refunds

Products may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
Custom or special-order items are non-refundable.
Installation and shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Payment Terms

All pricing is stated in Belize Dollars unless otherwise noted. Equipment installed remains the property of Deeds Solar Solutions until payment is received in full.Full payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unpaid items are not covered by warranty.
Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge and may delay installation.

7. Privacy & Data

Customer data is used solely for providing services (sales, installation, maintenance).
We do not share personal data with third parties unless required by law.
